6 Steps on How to Source More Applicants Using Resume-Library!

We’re super excited to announce an alternative option for sourcing candidates with our brand new Resume-Library integration! Resume-Library is an award-winning hiring platform that provides an effective talent source to staffing agencies and employers nationwide.

Our Resume-Library integration allows you to easily browse candidates through our “more candidates” tab. You can search more than 10 million active U.S. resumes that are sourced from hundreds of different job sites. You can also filter your search to view candidates matching your jobs, only unlocking the candidates you’re interested in.

How does it work?

Step 1: Click on the Account Details page, then click on the Resume-Library icon.

Step 2: Turn the toggle to “on” and select your desired plan.

Step 3: Navigate to the Applicant Viewer and click on the “More Candidates” tab.

Step 4: Set your search results to find the candidates you’d like to reach out to.

Step 5: Reach out at an appropriate time: Try to contact candidates while they are likely not working, such as early in the morning, around lunchtime, or late in the afternoon.

Call them: Your best bet for reaching candidates is to simply call them. Let them know you found their contact details on Resume-Library and that you are interested in telling them more about this exciting new opportunity. If they don’t answer, leave a message. Be sure to include your name, company name, and callback number.

Step 6: Send an email summarizing the open position: After calling candidates, send a quick summary email and attach the job description. This will allow candidates time to digest the details and will give you the opportunity to personalize your message. Be sure to use friendly language and highlight important details, such as how much their experience matches your job requirements.
