Plan and Pricing Updates


We have had the same plans pricing for our customers for over two and half years , and as we’ve added features we’ve realized the need to adjust our pricing to better match our value proposition. After a customer survey and much deliberation, we’ve expanded our plan options to give you more flexibility in choosing the perfect fit for you. While some plan prices have increased, we are happy to say that current customers can stay on their current plans for the time being. When you’re ready for more functionality, you can upgrade. Additionally, we know you’ve been asking for the ability to create and store custom email templates for frequently used messages to applicants. This feature is now available at select plan levels. You can create and add custom templates of your own, as well as edit the default system templates for a Meeting Request, Phone Call Request and Thanks But No Thanks email. Don’t worry- you can always reset the default system template if you don’t like your changes. To learn more about email templates, check out our quick video tutorial here.
